Downloads and digital products are to be downloaded as soon as possible after purchase. While I continue to make them available after the original purchase date, I cannot guarantee availability for any period of time. At no time do I imply the continued availability of previously purchased digital products and purchases of digital products do not equate to a subscription for continued availability.

I obtain information from you upon purchase or download of any online materials or training courses. I may also receive this information verbally if you call me explore working directly with me.

The personal information I could collect includes your name, address, email address and contact number this may be over the phone or through the website.   Should we decide to work at a one to one level this information will include more specific family details for example, but not limited to: children’s names, age’s, and areas of interest.  These details are collected solely for the purpose of personalising the family sessions.  I will not store credit card details; any payments are taken through PayPal secure online payment system.

The website includes an option of accessing social networking platforms. As a result, I will receive information about you when you choose to post or, otherwise share information about yourself. You can control this by adjusting your privacy settings on your social media account. When using these sites, you are bound by their privacy agreements.

I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. Below is a list of how I might use your information: For internal record keeping; I may use your information to improve my products and services; When products are ordered, I use your information to send you the products; Periodically, I may send you promotional emails about my new products, services or training courses; only if you have consented for me to do so.
